IMO it's faintly spoiled, like the smell you'd get if you left a steak out on the counter for a couple days. Not pleasant, but not overpowering (because civilized ghouls practice hygiene). Wastelanders may or may not exaggerate, but when the ghouls themselves make comments about it.... ▶ DEMEANOR: Plays it close to the chest with sensitive topics unless he knows you well. Outwardly easy-going and friendly, until a line gets crossed. You get one warning.

▷ IC Permissions ▶ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Go for it. ▶ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Abso-fucking-lutely. ▶ RELATIONSHIPS: Open to shipping, although Hancock is more of a casual hookup guy. A person has to be pretty special for him to drop the big L. ▶ PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: No abilities or defenses to speak of. I only ask that we talk about anything beyond surface thoughts that might be picked up. ▶ MAGICAL INFORMATION: No abilities, no defenses. ▶ MEDICAL INFORMATION: Knows basic first aid. Also, very good at finding veins to stick needles into. No known allergies, diseases, or other maladies aside from, you know, being a Ghoul. Immune to most forms of radiation. ▶ OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: People in a position of power shitting on the little man. Otherwise, he's pretty cool with anything.

▷ OOC Permissions ▶ BACKTAGGING: Absolutely. ▶ THREADHOPPING: On network posts and memes, absolutely! If it's a plot relevant game thread I'd prefer a heads up. ▶ FOURTHWALLING: No. ▶ OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: fetishization of extreme gore/mutilation, scat, and rape are things that I prefer not to have sprung on me out of the blue. IC discussion of them is fine. Just don't write me into a corner re: playing that shit out. Rule of thumb: if it'll get you side-eyed in polite company, give me a choice. ▶ ANYTHING ELSE? I can be on the slow side. I try to get 1-2 tags out a day, but honestly it tends to work out to 3-4 tags/week. If it's looking like I'll be absent for more than a week, I'll let you know.
